Ignite your professional potential. Turn uncertainty into agency.

ABOUT SHINING

Where success meets authenticity

Each and every one of us has the potential to shine with our own light. Shining arose from the deep conviction that we work better when we are aware of the meaning of our work. To make this possible, we need to pause for a moment and consider what it means for each of us to live, create, and work well. It is in this process that I support my clients.

Thanks to my experience in the business world, I combine hard data and professional goals with humanistic values and human sensitivity. I help people find answers to the question of how to achieve professional success without having to sacrifice their dreams, passions, and authenticity.

How can I help you?

Team management

I’ve been managing people for over twenty years. I know the challenge of starting a new team, the challenge of being promoted to a management position and the associated responsibility. I specialize in managing sales teams. I’ve been working in sales for over thirty years, starting as a salesperson and working my way up through Key From Account Manager to Sales Director. Sales aren’t about miracles — it’s about data, statistics, and consistency. I work based on the FinxS methodology and tool, which allows for a thorough analysis of salespeople’s competencies.

Change management

Change is understandably met with resistance. After all, it’s a potential threat. I dissect fears, but I also develop a change plan and strategy based on the Prosci methodology.

Digital Maturity Analysis

We’re constantly being threatened by AI, fearing it will replace us, fearing that we’re too slow to implement it, and fearing that our competitors are already successfully using hundreds of agents. Together with specialists from various IT fields, I collaborate with them to analyze your company’s current situation and how to implement initial and subsequent changes most effectively.

Coaching

In 2007, I completed my first coaching training provided by the International Coaching Community. It was a real shift in perception. I had successfully used coaching tools in my corporate work, and now, based on ICC standards, I offer them to my clients.

Mentoring

My mix of experience, education, and diverse life roles is unique and inimitable. Just like my clients! Sometimes you need an outside perspective, a different perspective, and a well-intentioned, pointed question. In 2021 I earned my certification as Certified Sparketype Advisor®. It helps me and my clients find that unique Spark, the light that fuels our actions. I invite you to join me on this journey.

FOR WHOM

Every journey begins with a decision

FOR LEADERS

I’ve worked with people as their supervisor for over 20 years of my career. Most of them called me their leader. And I’ve always considered it an honor and a privilege, not something I’m entitled to.

One is neither born nor appointed a leader. Leadership is not a profession. Leadership is a commitment one makes, a commitment of responsibility, care, and attentiveness. Being a leader means respecting others, developing authority, and working through that authority — not through power or force.

If you want:

  • know how to achieve seemingly unattainable goals,
  • turn chaos into efficiency,
  • create a team from a collection of individuals,
  • implement effective high-energy change,
  • have more fun by doing more,
  • undergo the transformation from rooster to hen and achieve better results thanks to it,
  • make work a source of energy.

FOR COMPANIES

I’ve worked as a secretary, a salesperson, a COO, a CEO, and even as a CFO (in my own startup). Defining myself as a humanities graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, I’ve worked with IT professionals for over 30 years; you can really connect with them.

Together with my teams, I implemented a cultural transformation based on digital transformation in the largest Polish enterprises. My teams achieved success in selling innovative solutions, including pioneering the development of public and hybrid clouds in state-owned companies and public administration. In short, we achieved what everyone thought was impossible.

If you want:

  • easily exceed established business goals,
  • have the best sales team in the industry,
  • implement change effectively,
  • lead teams that happily talk about their successes,
  • implementing innovations by minimizing failures,
  • safely experiment with new ideas,
  • be a leader in ingenuity in your industry,
  • be recognized on the market as the best employer,
  • never lose an employee you don’t want to lose,
  • be able to talk about difficult topics.

FOR WOMEN

Business culture is a male culture. After centuries of patriarchy, it couldn’t be otherwise. And we can’t even begin to talk about imposter syndrome – because there’s nothing to talk about. We don’t have enough female role models. Despite education, experience, and sometimes even existing systemic support, women still don’t believe in themselves. I’ve been there, and even today I still am. I’m a woman and a mother of four daughters, I’ve conducted over 1,000 hours of mentoring for women at various stages of their professional lives, I co-founded and lectured at the first postgraduate program in CEE for women seeking advancement, the Women’s Leadership Academy. As a woman, I’ve spent over 20 years on various boards while raising five children.

If you want:

  • redefine your professional position,
  • change employer, position or industry,
  • advance,
  • maintain harmony and common sense while having children and working, and especially when managing other people,
  • laugh more,
  • take care of yourself,
  • get to know the mythical here and now,
  • discover your absolute and unrivaled awesomeness,
  • compare yourself less or for hardcore players not at all,
  • sleep well,
  • find distance.

For over 30 years, I've worked my way up from sales assistant to CEO, managing teams and leading transformations for the largest Polish companies. Today, I leverage this experience as an ICC coach, mentor, and certified Prosci Change Manager, supporting leaders and organizations in achieving ambitious goals.

More about me

I started working at 15, as Kazio (a vote counter) on Channel 3’s Hit List. For those too young to be fascinated by Channel 3’s LP – in the 1980s, it wasn’t just a window to the world, it was the world. Working with Marek Niedźwiecki, Piotr Kaczkowski, Wojciech Mann, Paweł Sito – it was a dream, an honor, and a privilege.

I also picked strawberries and was a sailing instructor until I found my way into the IT industry in the early 1990s and stayed there for over 30 years, bravely climbing the corporate ladder, from sales assistant to board member and CEO.

Work is an important part of my identity. I’ve held management positions in international companies, led teams ranging from a few to several hundred people, and delivered IT, cloud, and AI solutions to some of the largest Polish companies and institutions.

I am a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and National Louis University MBA, a certified ICC coach, a mentor, and a Prosci Change Manager, CSA certified ( Certified Sparketype Advisor®) I co-founded and lectured at the Financial Times-recognized Women’s Leadership Academy at Kozminski University. I sing as a mezzo-soprano in the OKBrwinow choir, I take Alaskan Malamutes for walks, and I am fascinated by the culture and beliefs of Hawaii.
